If your Tavelo product is damaged in a genuine crash or accident during normal riding, you may be eligible for a one-time crash replacement discount. Eligible claims can receive up to 40% off an identical or comparable replacement frameset, subject to Tavelo's official Crash Replacement Policy.

- The discount is available once per eligible product and is non-transferable.
- The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Shipping costs for the replacement product remain the customer's responsibility.
- MKP Bikes will assist by managing the warranty and crash replacement claim process directly with Tavelo.
Crash replacement eligibility, discounts and conditions are determined by Tavelo's published policy. MKP Bikes assists with the claim process but approval remains subject to Tavelo's assessment and current policy.
